Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations We ship internationally, including to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Nigeria, as well as other countries worldwide.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- United Kingdom: 5-10 business days via DHL Express
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days via DHL Express
- Nigeria: 3-5 business days via local courier or DHL
- Rest of World: 10- 15 business days via DHL Express
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Carriers We ship using trusted international carriers including DHL Express and other reputable couriers depending on your location.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking number where available. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Cladini Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
