When do new collections drop?
Our collections are released seasonally—when there’s a story to tell. As a Cladini Insider, you’ll always get early access. Join our mailing list to stay updated.
Can I preorder items?
Yes, we offer preorders for select collections. Preordering secures your item ahead of production and guarantees limited edition access.
Are Cladini items made-to-order?
We started as a Made-to-Order brand and slowly transitioning into Ready to Wear with most pieces being available for immediate delivery.
How do I know my size?
Our Bubu silhouettes are mostly one-size-fits-all, designed to flatter all body types. For specific pieces with sizing, refer to the sizing guide on each product page or email us your measurements to support@cladinistudio.com
🌍 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Customs or import duties may apply based on your country’s regulations.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Nigeria takes 3–5 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days. For custom or preorder items, please allow additional processing time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking details are emailed to you once your order has shipped.
🛍️ RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
Due to the exclusive nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the item is unworn and in original condition. Exchange options may be limited due to our small batch production.

Can I request a custom design?
We occasionally take on bespoke projects depending on availability and alignment with our studio values. Email us with your idea and we'll see what’s possible.
🧵 PRODUCT DETAILS
Are your fabrics locally sourced?
Yes. We work with trusted textile partners across Africa and select fabrics that reflect our values of beauty, comfort, and longevity.
Is the Bubu sheer or see-through?
Some designs feature light, breathable fabrics. Most of the bubus are sheer, we mention it clearly in the product description. We recommend layering with slips where needed.
How do I care for my Cladini piece?
To preserve the quality and color of your garment:

Hand wash or machine wash on delicate

Air dry flat or hang inside out

Iron on low heat (if necessary)

What do I do if I rip my Bubu?
This rarely happens, but because some of our fabrics are delicate, a tear may occur if the garment isn’t handled with care. If this happens:

You can dispatch your item to our warehouse for free repairs.

If the item is still in stock, you may request an exchange instead.
Do the Bubus come in different lengths?
Yes. For most collections, you can choose between petite, regular and tall lengths. Each drop may vary, so refer to the options on the product listing.
Can I request a custom fit or alteration?
Currently, we do not offer personalized tailoring, but we may explore this in the future. We recommend working with a trusted local tailor if you need adjustments.
What does 'limited edition' mean?
Cladini pieces are produced in intentionally small batches. Once sold out, most items will not be restocked. This preserves the uniqueness of your garment and limits waste.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Rarely. If a piece returns, it may come back in a different color or variation. Sign up for restock alerts on each product page to be the first to know.
