At Cladini Studio, each piece is thoughtfully created with intention, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. As many of our garments are made-to-order, our policy is designed to protect both the integrity of our work and your shopping experience.
1. Order Commitment
All orders are considered final once production has begun.
We encourage customers to carefully review:
- Size guide
- Product details
- Measurements (if custom)
before placing an order.
2. Exchanges
We offer limited exchanges under specific conditions.
You may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item is defective or damaged
- There is a major size issue (subject to review)
Exchange Conditions
To qualify:
- Item must be unworn and unused
- No perfume, stains, makeup, or damage
- Must be returned in original condition and packaging
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
Important Notes
- Exchanges for size are not guaranteed and depend on stock/fabric availability

3. Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing errors, or preference changes.
Refunds are only issued if:
Item arrives damaged or defective
- Wrong item was delivered and cannot be replaced
- We are unable to fulfill your order
Approved refunds will be processed within 1–7 business days via:
- Original payment method, or
- Bank transfer
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Custom-made or altered pieces
- Sale or discounted items
- Worn or used items
- Items returned after the 3-day window
5. Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Selecting the correct size
- Providing accurate custom measurements
We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before purchase.
Cladini Studio is not liable for sizing issues resulting from:
- Incorrect size selection
- Inaccurate measurements provided

7. Additional Information
- Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences
- We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our policy conditions
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
